- Take vaggy to vet, liver issues, pick up after volleyball

  Breakfast -Kashi lean

  Snack -1 graham cracker, sm v8

  Lunch -seared tuna wrap w/ veggies, sweet potato fries, red pepper

  snack -1c blue berry, honeydew, strawberry, grapes

  Supper -.5 tomato, .5 apple, .5 banana, clif bar

  Snack -can of minestrone soup

Activity
- walk .75mi @ 100bpm pace @0510
- 1.5hrs volleyball
