I just found out that Ray Creaser passed away on Dec 14.
I like him so much
He looked after me as a dumb kid at MTS, along with Roy.
Stories about the Wild Times
Fishing
Outdoors
Someone to look up to
Took care of those willing to help themself but couldn't
Liked to fix things, build things
Was hard, but not all the way through
Hated idiots
Was forgiving
And pragmatic
Stories about being a lineman
Enjoyed his time
Reminded me of Dad
Looked in on Mom when he could
I "helped" make a desk with him
I felt like one of his guys on the inside - not just a CO goof
Liked dogs
Enjoyed talking
Had an uncle Ray in Flin Flon
Prairie boy moved to the north
Loved his kids, no exceptions
Loved his wife, no conditions
Thought Scott was a bit of a fop
I spent a lot of time with him on the summer of the DMS100 cutover.
Missed them on their trip to Boston, never saw him again after moving.
