- Rest day, girls off to school.
-found out about $300 fitness reimbursement! cool
-I'm I should be golden if I can control the evening snacking somehow
-tried celery and salt, but wasn't able to pass on the popcorn. <sigh>
- was encourage when I had another craving for celery tho
- have to start walking at night again too.

Diet
  Breakfast -1c Kashi lean mix, 1oz turkey sandwich meat


  Snack - 1oz cheese,


  Lunch -1c Black bean, carrot, celery, pepper mix, 

  snack - 1 banana, raw celery and carrots


  Supper -4 pancakes, 5 strips bacon


  Snack - cheese popcorn, .5 cookie, 5 crackers
