Snack - 1 Zero vitamin water, 1/8c almonds
Lunch - 4oz meatloaf, .5c grapes
snack - 1 banana, .5c carrot, celery, cauliflower
Supper - .5 small cheeseburger, leftovers 1c fried rice, .25c scallop and veggies, 1 s/s shrimp
