Lunch - 6oz pork tenderloin, 1/2 baked yam, 1/2c celery, 1/2c grapes, small V8 low sodium
Supper -Lg Whole Wheat pasta and sauce w/ 4oz meatballs 1oz olives
Snack -Popcorn
